Blue Cheese Dressing
Ani's Blue Cheese Dressing.
Creamy blue cheese dressing totally from scratch that is so quick and easy to whip up. Makes 4 servings. All natural and I don't use mayonnaise as a base.
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 ounces blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon real Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan crystal salt Aloha Bay
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
- Put into a food processor and blend until creamy
- Add some more blue cheese chunks and stir
